Create for Grana Padano an event on theme “Building new memories”, the main topic for the 2019 edition of the international gastronomy event par excellence: “Identità Golose”.
HOW
We interpreted the concept of “new memory” by involving mixologist Valeria Mosca and master pizzaiolo Franco Pepe, who made Grana Padano the basic ingredient for new cocktail recipes and combinations of flavours.
RESULT
A stand that has become a meeting point for original trends and ancient flavours, involving influencers and kitchen celebrities who have witnessed, experimented and relished a new way of understanding the memories of taste.
